Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at hopefulromanticart@gmail.com so we can provide return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the original item as well as any shipping costs associated with the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right.
