Our Story

Every love story starts with a spark. Ours began not with another person, but with ourselves, our dreams, and the life we wanted to create.

For a long time, life didn’t feel like the love story we wanted it to be. Grace was in the thick of her PhD when burnout and depression took over. She felt like she was failing, like she was drowning in a life that no longer felt like hers. In her lowest moments, she found herself searching online, desperate for answers on how to change her life. One simple piece of advice kept appearing, make a vision board.

It sounded almost too simple, but when you’re desperate for change, even the smallest hope feels worth trying. She gathered images, affirmations, and reminders of a life she longed for, and placed them on a board where she could see them every day. And slowly, something shifted. Looking at that board gave her a sense of possibility she hadn’t felt in years. It was the beginning of her spiritual and self-healing journey; one built on self-love, affirmations, and the belief that life could be rewritten.

When Grace shared this with her sister Anne, the practice resonated deeply. Anne embraced it too, and together we discovered that vision boards and affirmations weren’t just creative projects, they were lifelines. They became tools that helped us see beauty again, believe in ourselves, and manifest lives we loved.
